Hop Sing Palace

Let me start by saying I already knew I absolutely love this restaurant before we sat down. It's called Hop Sing Palace and I've been here several times when I was younger, and it's one of the best Chinese food restaurants we have in town. I'll tell you that they have the best eggrolls you will probably ever have. You can tell, because B and I devoured them before I took the photo. We also ate most of the food before I remembered to take a photo. And even then I didn't have the time to take a photo of each dish, so it's just one giant table-mess of food labeled for your ordering convenience.

Obviously, we ordered too much food. But one of the great things about Chinese food leftovers, is that it's one of the few kinds of leftovers I actually bother with, because it tastes just as good. So, it's safe to say we took all this home. Believe it or not, I had never had Walnut Prawns before this. It seems like the last time I ate Chinese food was before I got over my distaste of seafood (yeah, I used to be a picky eater, who knew?), so I jumped on the chance to try this classic dish. It was delicious. It was all delicious. And trust me, try the egg rolls...
